AGM – Tuesday 11th May

Our Annual General Meeting is going to take place on Tuesday May 11th at 7pm. This will be held at the allotment in a gazebo and on Zoom. Hopefully the sun will be shining till 9 by then so that should be enough daylight to get through the various reports and the election of officers.

If you wish to attend at the allotment in person, please let us know so we can plan for this. We need to allow for social distancing and plan where seats will go. If no one tells us they are attending in person, or the weather is not favourable, we will still hold the AGM, but as a Zoom meeting only. Join The Committee

We are actively seeking members to join our committee. There are a number of roles to take on that will be elected at our AGM, including Chairman, Secretary, Membership Secretary, Site Steward and Treasurer. There are committee members that attend our quarterly meetings without named role responsibilities too.
